At Beetles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your manicure experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include your RA number inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
